Nordic Walking
Get out and about and exercise 90% of your body’s muscles. Works upper and lower body as well as a great core challenge.
‘On the minute’ X-Fit
Complete a short circuit as quick as posiblle giving yourself the rest of the minute off. Go again on the minute, every minute until you can’t! This session will give you a fantastic cv workout from resistance exercise.
Pilates
Develop body awareness, good posture and core strength with a series of low repetition and low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. The int/adv class is suitable if you have done 10 regular pilates classes before.
Pump
Resistance training using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and strengthen all the major muscles. The results will increase your metabolic rate and help with fat burning.
