Removing Your Excuses

We are located conveniently, just off Ascot High Street behind Fego Caffe and Budgeons.  The club has more than enough free parking – a big problem at other gyms.  This means getting to us is no hassle!

Gyms can be intimidating.  The Fitness Space has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  As part of the consultation we not only address your physical comfort zone but we are also well aware of what puts people off.

We can design you an effective express workout to suit your lifestyle.  Our Vibrogym Power Plates, can give you a 12 minute total workout.
