Health and Fitness Testing

Are you getting the results you want? Do you use the scales to measure your results?, What are they telling you?  Do you calorie count?  How do you know how many YOU should be having?  Are you use a generic guideline?

Make sure you are actually measuring the results you want to see. This service provides not only a fantastic way of monitoring your results but will also be used to offer advice for corrective exercise and long term health and fitness.

Personal Training

If you want to guarantee results, the only reason why Personal Training may not be right for you would be financial. Your Personal Trainer will give you both the physical education and the psychological advice that will get results. Essentially they teach you how to achieve your goals and help you adhere to the lifestyle changes you need to make.

Nutritional Consultations

Your diet is a key part of a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Fad diets work well for some and very badly for others. It’s all about finding what is right for you and your circumstances. This service can help you analyse what works for you, factors in what you are giving your body to do and can therefore give you what you need to get the results you want.

Sports Specific Training

Whatever your sport is we have trainers that can get the most out of your potential.  Golf:  Nick Murtagh currently on the tour, trained by John -  Improved the head speed of his driver by over 10mph!

Sports Massage

After many years of neck and shoulder problems and having tried regular massage plus osteopath appointments that left me no better. I was willing to try anything.

Sports massage with John has not only freed the neck and shoulder but he has also, after discussing health history, lifestyle and exercise choices, recommended further exercise to help strengthen the back, shoulders and neck muscles and coached me in better posture.

The difference is amazing; the massage itself is incredible. I am now no longer putting up with the painful and restricted movement that was part of everyday activities and it has made me realise just how long I have wasted before getting this problem put right. I would not hesitate in recommending John to anyone that needs help with a painful injury or ongoing muscle pain.
