If you want to get fat; keep exercise to a minimum.
Avoid all unnecessary movements.
Avoid resistance training as this works at burning fat 24/7.

Actually its best if you quit any exercise programme you have been doing.
Be certain to slouch at your desk and do not get up if you don’t have to.
Stay within your comfort zone.
Avoid balance in your lifestyle.
Get to bed as late as possible.
Avoid drinking water instead replace with lots of either caffeine, sugary drinks or alcohol. Make sure it is a lot as moderation will not do.
Read fitness tips but never put them into practice apart from these ones.
Never seek professional opinion from an exercise professional.

Don’t forget to smoke.
Getting fat is surprisingly easy – its actually what our bodies are designed to do. Our ancestors had to survive during famines, and they did that by feasting in times of plenty and storing fat which then kept them going when food was short.
Our bodies still store when food is plenty, however luckily (or unluckily) food is never in short supply, with supermarkets open 24 hours a day, so getting fat can be easy.
One of the best ways to gain weight is to eat processed carbohydrates such as white bread, pasta, biscuits, cakes and crisps. The body only uses these for energy, and so if you don’t use the energy straight away they get turned to fat. They are also devoid of vitamins and minerals – great!
Another way to increase your fat is to consume alcohol, like the carbohydrates they tend to be low on nutrients and high in sugar. With 7 calories for every gram, that’s 500kcal per bottle of wine.
Believe you can, or believe you can’t, to you both statements will be right.
Make sure you believe: To lose weight is a boring hard process, which is tough and not much fun.
If this is your thinking you will never lose weight. It’s scientifically proven your body responds to your thoughts.
Perhaps this should be your FOCUS:
This article, surprisingly, has not been written to actually help people get fat and unhealthy. Assuming that is not a goal that many readers will set out to achieve. The idea is that maybe some of people’s stumbling blocks will be highlighted to them. As we have said though the body responds to your thoughts. It is therefore very important that you are left with something positive to stay in your thoughts. So think about this:
If you do want to lose weight, see it as a fun packed journey, which will bring the results
you want. Each day you lose weight, then each day you are becoming the person you want to be. But keep happy about the end result, see yourself in a month’s time, then 2 months time, then 3 months time losing weight and ‘feeling’ that happy new confident you. Losing weight starts with the positive mindfulness and good feelings associated with losing weight, which will start the process.
Once you have made this choice perhaps it would be a good idea to get proper advice from your trainers on exercise and nutrition. The opposite of the above is a good start.
